Out of the list I picked Fixya.
This could be the ultimate tool in having questions answered about anything - but I would mainly be looking for technical info on PC problems myself.
I did a search on accidently deleting files and was given and answer and a link to a site to download an undeleting program.
This site could be very useful in a library setting as we are asked many different questions inlcuding "how do I undelete files" on a daily basis.

Hi Paul I had a look, it looks like an interesting site - maybe share the results of undeleting files with the rest of us?
