Out of the list I picked Fixya.
This could be the ultimate tool in having questions answered about anything - but I would mainly be looking for technical info on PC problems myself.
I did a search on accidently deleting files and was given and answer and a link to a site to download an undeleting program.
This site could be very useful in a library setting as we are asked many different questions inlcuding "how do I undelete files" on a daily basis.

Topic 21 - Web Based Applications
Google Docs could be a very helpful tool especially if you have to move around a lot and don't want to carry USB drives etc. with you.
It's also a very handy way to share information as long as the recipients have a Google account. If I didn't, I'd prefer to have the information emailed to me so I wouldn't have to sign up for another account.
I guess the only downside is if you don't have network access to log into Google Docs, then a USB backup is mandatory.

Topic 20 - Second Life
I have seen Second Life in action late last year when we had a play as a workgroup. It looks like a lot of fun especially when you finally decide how you want your character to look, which I would imagine would be quite a task for some. :-)
I might give it a try at home and see how I go! Wish me luck...

Topic 19 - Twitter & Yammer
I had signed up to Twitter a few months back and quickly vowed never to return (though I did give a couple weeks back). Seems pointless to me really.
Yammer has the same concept but I find this a little interactive and more interesting to the user. I like the way you are automatically put into a network, so this really makes this more of a work tool.

Topic 18 - Online Communities
Have been a Facebook and Myspace convert for a few years now. It's a great way to keep in touch, find old school friends and keep informed of things you want to be informed about!
I try to keep it a non-work related past time, so I'll think I'll pass on joining the TAFESA Library Facebook page!
